VERSION DRAFT-2026-07-20

Terms of Service

Rules for using TwentyFour’s creator automation, rendering, storage, billing, and publishing tools.

Effective date: [LEGAL_EFFECTIVE_DATE — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH]

Draft status and agreement

These draft terms are provided by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH] for development review. They are not approved for production. By creating an account after publication, a user would agree to the version shown here and the Privacy Policy.

Review requiredCOUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm the legal entity, age gate, regions served, governing law, dispute terms, consumer-rights disclosures, and contact details before publication.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must meet the configured minimum age ([LEGAL_MINIMUM_AGE — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH]), be able to form a binding agreement, provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Organizations must ensure the person accepting has authority to bind them.

Review requiredBUSINESS DECISION + COUNSEL: choose a lawful minimum age and whether business accounts require additional terms.

The service

TwentyFour helps users develop scripts, synthesize narration, select or supply footage and music, render short-form videos, store outputs, and—only when separately authorized—send drafts or posts to connected social platforms. Features may be unavailable when a provider, credential, plan entitlement, or required approval is missing.

Generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. Users must review every output and platform setting before use or publication.

  • A schedule may prepare or queue work; it does not guarantee provider acceptance or audience reach.
  • Platform accounts remain governed by the platform’s own terms.
  • TwentyFour does not promise uninterrupted availability, legal clearance, monetization eligibility, or a particular result.

User materials and permission

Users keep ownership of materials they provide. They grant TwentyFour a limited license to host, copy, transform, transmit to selected processors, render, and publish those materials solely to operate requested features.

Before upload, preview, rendering, or publication, users must confirm they own or have all permissions needed for footage, music, images, logos, brands, scripts, voices, likenesses, and other assets. A streaming subscription or access to a website does not by itself grant synchronization, reproduction, commercial, or social-video rights.

Review requiredCOUNSEL: confirm license scope, sublicensing to processors, survival for backups/legal holds, and any publicity/likeness language.

AI and synthetic media

TwentyFour can create AI-assisted scripts and synthetic narration, and may later support generated images or video. The product stores provenance and offers platform disclosure fields. Users must not remove required disclosures, impersonate others without authorization, or present synthetic events, people, endorsements, or professional advice deceptively.

  • Review factual claims and rights before publishing.
  • Use TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or other disclosure controls whenever their current rules require them.
  • Do not clone or imitate a person’s voice or likeness without authorization and a lawful purpose.

Acceptable use

The Copyright/IP and Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may restrict rendering, storage, connection, or publication while investigating a credible safety, legal, security, or rights concern.

  • No unlawful content or conduct.
  • No harassment, hate, extremist support, exploitation, scams, malware, privacy violations, infringement, deceptive impersonation, prohibited synthetic media, or platform manipulation.
  • No attempts to bypass quotas, provider rules, security controls, or review requirements.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs are processed by Stripe. The Refund and Cancellation Policy is incorporated here. Subscription changes and cancellation are handled through the Stripe-hosted portal where enabled. Credits are an in-product usage unit, are not money, and are not transferable unless required by law.

Review requiredBUSINESS + COUNSEL: approve refund choices, renewal notices, tax treatment, credit expiration/rollover, and regional cancellation rights.

Suspension and termination

Users may request deletion and disconnect providers. We may suspend or terminate access proportionately for material or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or provider restrictions. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an appeal route. Certain billing, security, report, and legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.

Review requiredCOUNSEL: set notice, cure, termination, and record-retention obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is offered subject to the warranties and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, arbitration, class-action waiver, or jury waiver must be supplied and approved by counsel for the chosen jurisdiction.

Review requiredCOUNSEL REQUIRED: do not publish boilerplate liability, indemnity, arbitration, or class-waiver terms without jurisdiction-specific review.

Contact and changes

Support: [LEGAL_SUPPORT_EMAIL — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH]. Legal contact: [LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH]. Governing law: [LEGAL_GOVERNING_LAW — REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH].
