Delete a TwentyFour account
Sign in, open Account settings, and choose Request deletion. The protected request prevents an accidental click or a sign-out from being treated as deletion.
- Identity and ownership are verified before completion.
- Active billing, disputes, reports, security events, and legal holds are reviewed before deletion.
- Where deletion cannot be immediate, the account is restricted while the request is processed.
Disconnect social platforms
Open Social publishing, choose the connected account, and disconnect it. When supported, TwentyFour also asks the destination provider to revoke its authorization. Publication history is retained only as described by the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
Provider and backup deletion
TwentyFour requests or schedules deletion from configured storage and service providers according to the approved retention schedule. Backup copies expire through the provider retention cycle and are not restored for ordinary product use after a completed deletion.
Request help
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the account address. State that you are requesting deletion and do not include passwords, tokens, or payment-card details.
