Rights and authorization
Only provide or direct TwentyFour to use content, brands, music, voices, likenesses, credentials, and data that you own, license, or are otherwise authorized to use. Keep evidence of licenses and permissions. Do not remove attribution, provenance, watermarks, rights information, or required AI labels.
Prohibited uses
Do not use TwentyFour to create, store, automate, or publish:
- unlawful content or instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing;
- harassment, threats, stalking, targeted humiliation, or non-consensual intimate or sexual content;
- sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors, age-inappropriate sexualization of minors, or content designed to impersonate a minor;
- hate, dehumanization, praise or support of violent extremist or terrorist activity, or incitement to violence;
- privacy violations, doxxing, biometric/voice misuse, or unauthorized disclosure of personal or confidential data;
- fraud, phishing, scams, false endorsements, malware, credential theft, spam, or coordinated platform manipulation;
- copyright, trademark, publicity, likeness, music, database, or other rights infringement;
- deceptive impersonation or synthetic media that falsely depicts a real person or event, including unauthorized voice cloning;
- misleading political/election content, voter suppression, or synthetic media prohibited by law or a destination platform;
- artificial engagement, mass unsolicited posting, ban/rate-limit evasion, or attempts to bypass provider review, quotas, or security controls.
Music
Music may be used only when it is platform-cleared for the intended destination and use, user-owned, properly licensed for synchronization/reproduction/public performance as applicable, or explicitly supplied as royalty-free with terms covering the use. A subscription to a streaming service does not normally establish these rights. TwentyFour includes a music file only when a server-side cleared track is configured; provenance must be retained.
Pexels and source attribution
Pexels selections retain the contributor name, contributor URL, source page, and provider link. Current Pexels API guidance calls for a prominent Pexels link and credit to photographers/creators when possible (https://www.pexels.com/api/documentation/). Users may not use TwentyFour to replicate Pexels’ core service or strip required attribution.
Reddit boundary
Until official authorization and a reviewed commercial-use basis exist, TwentyFour does not retrieve Reddit content. “Reddit-style” outputs are fictional AI-generated stories, are not real posts, use no Reddit logo, vote count, username, comments, or real URL, and do not imply affiliation. A future adapter must use official OAuth/API access, preserve author and source links, honor removals, avoid AI training without permission, and follow current Reddit terms (https://redditinc.com/policies/developer-terms).
Enforcement and appeals
We may block a request, restrict access to material, pause publishing, preserve necessary evidence, or suspend accounts based on severity, credibility, recurrence, and risk. We aim to use the least restrictive effective action. Users can appeal through the reporting process. Repeat or severe infringement and safety violations may result in termination.
